- Contact
Send your Web requirements to Stage 38.
- Consultation
We'll set up a meeting to discuss your requirements in detail. This will include domain and hosting issues and an brief overview of the web design agreement. You'll receive a planning worksheet to further define your needs while a bid proposal is created.
- Bid Proposal
The bid proposal will list an overview of your design needs, costs, recommendations and scheduling. Once the bid is accepted, we'll finalize the paperwork.
- The Paperwork
We'll sign a website agreement and go over the project timeline and payment schedule. A deposit will be collected at this time.
- Create & Finalize the Design
A conceptual home page will be created based on your preferences. Revisions and modifications to the design will be made as needed. This is where you will determine the final layout, structure and color scheme.
- Website Construction
As your pages are being built, you will be providing the text and photos that you want on your site. Sending the content is critical in order to meet the project deadline.
- Final Stage
This includes quality control (testing in browsers) and checking for errors. Upon your final approval, the site will be published to your server and submitted to search engines. Any errors detected within 30 days of final approval will be fixed free of charge.
